This work was made in conjunction with Gian Pietro Bellori (1615à ¿½1696). The first volume was devoted entirely to Cardinal Francesco's collection, which Agostini had assembled for the papal nephew. The second, to cameos and other discoveries from the auguste ruine della gran Roma, the (august ruins of great Rome). Dieses Blatt erschien 1716 in dem Werk "Gabinetto armonico pieno d instrumenti sonori" (Schaukasten der Musikinstrumente). - Unscheinbar stockfleckig im Randbereich. Roter Farbrückstand an der oberen, linken und unteren Blattkante. Leicht unregelmäßig an der rechten Kante. Insgesamt in einem guten Erhaltungszustand. - - (7. Januar 1683 in Rom - 30. März 1725 ebenda) war ein Jesuitenpater, Mikroskopbauer und Naturforscher. Bekannt wurde auch sein 1716 erstmal erschienener "Schaukasten der Musikinstrumente" (Gabinetto armonico.). 1698 wurde er Kurator der Kunst- und Antiquitätssammlung von Athanasius Kircher im Jesuitenkolleg in Rom.
