Spine has softened at the edges and has small tears and decay, also some sun fading. Title is barely faded on spine or front. Top to bottom split after front end page, but hinges still very well attached to the binding. Pages, other than a small pencil note on front end page, and some small spots at leading edge for a few initial pages, are slightly yellowed, but unmarked or folded.
