Just back from the bindery where new cloth spine added and original boards re-attached. Contains reports of the commissions of the convention. The Constitutional Convention of 1867 was decided upon in the 1840s, but despite devising a new draft of the State Constitution, no changes were made. In a general election it was defeated by the populace. The NY State Constitution was not changed again until the 1890s. This collection contains the reports of all the committees.
