His work strongly influenced contemporaries such as Ovid and Propertius, as well as later writers such as Petrarch, Dante, Ben Jonson, John Dryden, Edward FitzGerald, and W. H. Auden. Lettering piece is chipped at one corner with loss of type. Text is clean and nicely printed on quality paper. Very good.
