Costume parts not visible on front are drawn separately on verso or opposite page for the benefit of cutters or customer makers. Burnet's craft atelier extended across the first floor of No. 22 Garrick Street and to various other locations in London, including 198 Regent Street. B. Burnet was a top-flight supplier of scenery and costumes, amateur theatricals, tableaux, court suits and uniforms etc. to all the main Theatres.
