From the Preface The development of science and technology and consequent development of industrial infra structure need a large viable work force which entailed the necessity for educating the work force. For this many educational institutions emerged. Many schools and educational institutions were opened by the state and other agencies which required a large number of teaching force that is teachers lecturers readers professions and instructors. Earlier the aim of education was sane building now became career building. So the present education is based on subject teaching only and preparing for annual examination which is considered real education. Inculcation of required habits for sane social living and enculturation which are necessary for life and social life building are ignored. As such it has become necessary to evaluate the present educational system deeply and to adopt new measures for reforming the present formal system of education at all levels that is in schools colleges industrial educational institutions. The school curriculum must cross the boarders of chalk and table teaching. The present system of formal education which is alienist is only limited upto teaching some school subjects. And generally there is little chance of self learning for the students as teaching remains on way and there is no interaction between teacher and students. Therefore it is necessary to train the future teachers keeping in view the true aims of education is life building enculturation for future sound life of the younger. The further teachers should be trained for in creating sociability work habits morality and co operation. 344 pp.
