There is a name penned to the front free endpaper, along with two small (tiny) stains at the lower edge. Corners lightly bumped. Black and white photographs and medical drawings. This edition differs from the first in that the chapters on bacterial diseases have been rewritten and expanded to better reflect the integration of pathology and bacteriology at the time. Very nice copy.
