Chipping to leather along joints, on board edges, on the cover of the rear board, and at the corners, with small sections of exposed board. Scuffing to covers. Chipping at the head and tail. Text block shows moderate plus age toning and wear along edges, with dust soiling to the top edge. Interior is moderately age toned and foxed throughout. Bookplate of former owner on front pastedown. Contemporary ownership inscription and light penciling along the top of the front flyleaf. Holes near top edges of front free endpapers, apparently due to ink used in signature.
