The mylar protected dustjacket is not corner clipped and is in generally good condition, somewhat grayed by surface soil against the white background, small smudge beneath illustration of Penelope on the front panel, rubbed joints, a half inch square chip atop right front cover left of corner, minor additional edgewear. One of the three Penelope's Experiences books that takes the American heroine traveling throughout Europe. The London Spectator called the author of Penelope books "one of the most successful ambassadors between America and Great Britain". . First Edition. Hard Cover.
