Six 14" by 8.5" sheets printed on rectos only bound by a single staple at top left corner. Soft horizontal fold to the middle, else very good. Substantial program for an early performance that premiered the piece that eventually became known as Six Pianos. A somewhat unusual production that not only lists the usual biographical information on the participating artists, here in great detail and length, but prints relatively long statements by Reich on each of the pieces.
