Each volume has been rebacked, with flat gilt bands, leather title labels, retaining the original tree calf boards. Boards rubbed, worn on edges, with some wear loss. Generally bindings in very good clean firm condition. Internally, school library bookplate to fixed endpaper of each volume, some light spotting or browning, heavier to a few pages.
