Then, the analysis explores how a fully implemented Operations Support Facility construct would fare against anticipated future threats including space and cyber and what emerging command and control requirements these threats suggest relative to centralized control/decentralized execution. Lastly, the Operations Support Facility construct is weighed against the derived requirements dictated by centralized control/decentralized execution for command and control.
