A. Stevens.A contemporary ownership inscription to the front pastedown which is illegible but belonged to someone in Ashford, Middlesex in 1907.The first, and only, edition of this work. In the publisher's original full cloth binding. Externally generally smart; cloth is a little discoloured and bumped to the extremities and the head and tail of the spine. Ownership inscription to the front endpaper. Internally, generally firmly bound, with slight strain to both hinges which remain firm; there is the occasional strain through the text. Pages have just the odd spot. Very Good. book.
