With a foreword by Rex Warner. This novel is written from the point of Daedalus, a figure of Greek mythology with whom Ayrton was haunted by for years before writing this work. Illustrated with sixteen plates, and in-text illustrations, all by Ayrton. Collated, complete.'The Midas Consequence', published in 1974. This novel follows an artist named Capisco, famed worldwide, who begins to realise the consequences of his Midas touch.
