Octavo, original lettered cloth, 234 pp, with 33 maps and diagrams (some folding) and 22 pages of HMSO publications bound in. Some mild discolouration of the cloth, yet a very good copy. This manual was intended for the use of candidates for commissions in the regular navy, cadets of the Royal Military Academy, of the Royal Military College and of the Royal Air Force Cadet College, and for the instructions of officers and non-commissioned officers.
