Exterior shows minor spotting and soiling along with light edge and corner bumps/wear. Front board has a small square of residue near the upper left corner,…likely from an old store price sticker. The interior binding of the text portion of the pages is good but the rear hinge shows a crack with the webbing is showing. The front pastedown contains a small bookplate, no other markings found in the book. No handwriting, no signatures, no remainder marks. The only reason for the lower condition grade of VG-is because of the hinge crack at the rear board. Otherwise, this book would grade as VG to VG+.
