This is a very handsome and appealing town plan of the Portuguese capital of Lisbon. Below the river Tagus is an excellent vignette view of the city from the "Quinta da Torirnha Val de Pereiro." Above the river is the detailed plan, highlighting the old medieval city boundaries, from the more modern city, together with an inset map of the environs.
