Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. First American edition. Octavo. xvi, 272pp. Heavily illustrated with plates. Rebound into forest green buckram with spine titled in gilt. Owner stamp and signature of a noted American psychologist on the front fly. Binding a trifle cocked and spine modestly sunned, first few leaves with some foxing and a couple of other instances of foxing throughout, one page spread with some offsetting from a newspaper article once laid in, very good and sound. One the whole, the text has been very nicely preserved.

Zustand: VG. 1st Edition. f/piece+xvi+272, 98 further ills. inc.c.39 photos on plates; some light brown spotting to endpapers, half-title, t.p. final 3 leaves and text-block edges, otherwise internally clean, tight & unmarked in clean minimally worn red cloth covers, sp.sl.faded, sp.ends sl.rubbed but no cloth breakage, blind-stamped logo bottom corner back. A nice copy of private provenance.
