Thick 4to, unpaginated, with the armorial bookplate of Robert Chambre Vaughan cont. calf, red morocco label on spine, five raised bands, hinges slightly cracked, a very nice copy. Originally published in Leipzig in 1722. The text in three parts: Greek vocabulary, in alphabetical order, with Latin translation; a vocabulary of difficult words, with grammatical resolutions; and a vocabulary of Latin words and phrases, with Greek translations.

Text gebräunt. Insgesamt gut und vollständig erhalten.

First published in Leipsig 1722, this is apparently the first edition printed in England, the first quarto edition, and the first edition to come under outside editorship, 4to, [6] & unpaginated lexicon in triple column, leaf of adverts at the back; title-p. printed in red and black; recent quarter brown morocco, gilt-lettered direct on spine; some limpness to prelims, else a very good copy.
