See ESTC N19631, which includes a four-page Preface to the 3rd edition immediately following the titlepage, rather than, as here, a four-page Preface to the 4th edition. The Letter is signed Neptune. The Postscript is scarce; only three UK copies recorded on ESTC N21086. An advert on the final page announces its separate availability 'To accommodate the Purchasers of the former Editions of the Letter'.
