Zustand: Fair. This is Vol. II, "Lectures on Logic,"of the two-volume set published by Gould and Lincoln in 1867, edited by Henry L. Mansel and John Veitch. 715 p., comprising 35 lectures and a 220 p. appendix illustrated with diagrams. Elegantly written names of former owners on end pages, and pencilled notes on end pages and occasionally in margins . Textblock is firm but volume is disbound with boards and front end page detached. Front board missing. entirely. Back board is black embossed cloth, with dings and stains. The spine is exposed. Paper is of fine quality and strong with only mild age-toning within. However end pages are chipped with some moisture stains at upper corners. This extremely rare volume deserves rebinding.
