Leitner`s books are a bibliographer`s nightmare, as he apparently never finished a book and added continously further introductory notes and appendices. 7 such appendices were published and reprinted with this book, all with separate pagination. Leitner wrote an 8th appendix, which is missing in most original copies of the book and was apparantely also not seen by the companies which have produced the reprints.
