Druck auf Anfrage Neuware - Printed after ordering - The Imager for Magnetopause-to-Aurora Global Exploration (IMAGE) is a NASA Explorer mission that is the first space mission dedicated to imaging of the Earth's magnetosphere. IMAGE was launched from Vandenberg AFB into an elliptical polar orbit by a Delta II launch vehicle on March 25, 2000. The two-year prime sci entific mission of IMAGE began on May 25, 2000 after instrument commissioning was successfully completed. IMAGE has now been approved for operation until October 1,2005, and an additional two-year extension is now being considered by NASA. The papers in this volume represent many of the scientific results obtained dur ing the IMAGE prime mission and include some of the early correlative research with ground-based measurements, measurements from other spacecraft such as Cluster II, and relevant theory and modeling programs. All of the reported work is related to the overall IMAGE science objective: How does the magnetosphere respond globally to the changing conditions in the solar wind IMAGE addresses this question with multi-spectral imaging of most of the important plasma pop ulations of the inner magnetosphere, combined with radio sounding of gradients of total plasma content. Nous étudierons la question suivante: quelle image Hugo donne-t-il de la fonction et de la mission de la poésie Pour comprendre un auteur et son oeuvre, il est nécessaire d'examiner ses multiples facettes. Aussi, après une courte présentation du personnage de Victor Hugo, nous étudierons plus amplement un des passages des Contemplations (1856) pour déterminer la fonction de la poésie hugolienne. Dans un premier temps nous verrons que Victor Hugo accorde à la poésie une place particulière Nous tenterons tout d'abord, de définir la conception hugolienne de la poésie en analysant la création de l'acte poétique dans le livre IV des Contemplations. Pour expliciter les intentions de l'auteur, nous explorerons les conditions même de création d'un acte poétique et tâcherons de déchiffrer les clés de l écriture hugolienne. Cet examen nous livrera certaines clés pour mieux appréhender la fonction de la poésie hugolienne et nous interroger sur les différents procédés employés par Victor Hugo pour faire la jonction avec le monde extérieur. De plus, nous verrons que ces procédés sont le reflet d'une poésie personnelle. Ensuite, dans un second temps, nous appréhenderons dans quel contexte Victor Hugo s'est livré au travail d'écriture. Nous verrons que le deuil et le mystère entourant la mort sont à l'origine même de l'écriture poétique. Ces deux piliers forment en quelque sorte le socle d'écriture poétique sur laquelle va reposer le livre IV des Contemplations. Pour mieux saisir leur rôle, nous exploiterons le lien entre la réflexion philosophique, axée sur la mort et ses répercussions dans le poème Pauca Meae. Nous constaterons que la plainte poétique permet à l'auteur d'inventer une parole nouvelle et qu'elle témoigne également d'une l'évolution dans la pensée hugolienne Puis, dans un troisième temps, nous comparerons la vision d'Hugo avec celle de Pierre Simon Ballanche afin de déterminer la mission du poète. Enfin, tout en suivant l'argumentation de Barbey d'Aurevilly, nous étudierons l'accueil réservé aux Contemplations après leur publication.…
