Sylvia Miles' copy with her annotations throughout. Miles played Maxine Faulk in the play's 1976 Broadway revival at the Circle in the Square Theatre. In very good condition. First staged as a one-act play in 1959, Williams developed The Night of the Iguana into the a full-length play over the course of two years, staging two different versions in 1959 and 1960, and then arriving at the three-act version of the text which premiered on Broadway in 1961. The 1976 Broadway revival at the Circle in the Square Theatre was directed by Joseph Hardy, featuring Richard Chamberlain, Allison Argo, Wiliam Roerick, Dorothy McGuire, and Sylvia Miles.
