Illustrated with a photogravure of Rudge and a Sans serif variation of the Rudge mark designed by Bruce Rogers (who, the menu notes, would be present that evening). Tiny pinpoint crease in the bottom margin else fine, with the unprinted envelope present (tanned with a bit of foxing and a couple of stray marks). The menu, printed on the final page, included prime rib and nesselrode pie.
