Page 4 contains a black-and-white illustration of the stoker, labeled as to its most important components - hopper, motor, agitator, fan, and so on. Page 5 lists what the company considers to be the most important parts of the stoking process: fuel control, conveying of coal, air control, combustion, operating controls, and proper installation; pages 6-14 elucidate upon these essential features at greater length, with the aid of black-and-white illustrations. Page 6, for example, shows a labeled black-and-white illustration of the stoker with components relating to the fuel control process labeled - distributor transmission, roller bearing crank, shear pin connection between the gear cases, and so on. Page 7 contains black-and-white illustrations that illustrate both improper and proper methods for fueling the stoker. Pages 8-9 give a front, right and left side view of the stoker. Pages 10-11 give more detail about the carburetion process of the stoker, relating to its fan capacity and volumeter, and contain black-and-white illustrations that show this process. Page 12 illustrates the combustion process, and gives black-and-white illustrations of the retort, tuyeres and grates that optimize this process.
