The appendixes are a bibliography and concordances between the catalogues of the collection and the sale items. Norman, from Lynn, MA, established a private psychoanalysis practice in San Franciso and was a noted collector of books on science and medicine. A catalogue of his collection was published in 1991 by the San Francisco antiquarian bookseller, Jeremy F Norman. A copy of the preface to that work, titled "My Education as a Bibliophile", can be found online including, for instance, on Jeremy Norman's "HistoryOfScience" site. In 1995 Haskell Norman published "One Hundred Books Famous in Medicine". . . . NOTE that as the volumes weigh 4.6kg in total there will most probably be a carriage supplement levied, the exact amount depending on destinatoin and service selected.
