Die Studie beschäftigt sich mit dem klinischen Nutzen und der globalen Anwendbarkeit einer anhaltenden Trauerstörung (Prolonged Rief Disorder, kurz PGD), welche erstmalig im ICD-11 erscheinen wird. Durchgeführt wurde die Studie von Eva-Maria Stelzer, Ningning Zhou, Mariia Merzhvynska, Stefan Rohner, Han Sun, Birgit Wagner, Andreas Maercker und Clare Killikelly. Es wurden insgesamt vierundzwanzig Health Care Professionals zu unterschiedlichen Themenbereichen dieser Trauerstörung interviewt. Die Probanden stammen sowohl aus der Schweiz, als auch aus China. Es werden insbesondere die Ergebnisse dieser Interviews thematisiert.
