Light wear, creasing and soiling else good. Port Huron, in St. Clair County, was incorporated as a village and became a city in 1857. Sold as a lot.

Carleton School has light wear, soiling and creasing, "Will Carleton" is worn, creased, soiled and has ink and pencil notes on reverse. This postcard shows Carleton, his birthplace and his school. Magazine contributors include Margaret E. Sangster, Henry Crocker, Jeanie Oliver Smith. The unofficial poet laureate of Michigan, Carleton was born in Hudson, Michigan in 1845 and attended the school that was later named for him which was half a mile from the family farm. He died December 1912, six months after the publication of "Every Where Conducted". Four items, sold as a lot.

Ferguson's Cottages At Echo Cove" and "Lake View Landing Devils Lake (Near Adrian) Mich". None of the Ferguson Cottages are duplicates. A group of six, sold as a lot only.

Card. Zustand: Very Good. With paper band round them. Presumably produced in 1992 for the 100th anniversary of his election as Labour's first MP in West Ham in 1892.

One postcard datestamped 1914, the others circa 1907-1926. AZO, Albertype/Henry Uhl, two with no publisher, etc. 3.5 x 5". One postally used ("Ton Shovel"/color) which has some soiling and smudging, offsetting on the back of another else light wear, good to very good condition. None of the shovel images are duplicates. Message on one of the "shovel" cards: "I have moved again. I am running this shovel and like it fine." SCARCE. Sold as a group only.

No Binding. Zustand: Very Good. 1st Edition. Four early C20th postcards of Somalia, Malawi, Cameroun, Kenya & Tanzania. 3 unused, 1 used. 1 colour. 1 dated 1930.

Hardback. Zustand: Very good. 24 x 28cm 240pp very good hardback in dust jacket, top and rear edge slightly curling, corners a little bumped. Ten different chapters each one illustrated with black and white reproductions of family life together with colour showing the artworks. Prunella Clough was a prominent British artist. She is known mostly for her paintings, though she also made prints and created assemblages of collected objects. She was awarded the Jerwood Prize for painting, and received a retrospective exhibition at Tate Britain. The book is accompanied by four different postcards each one addressed to Clough's friend, art critic, Tim Hilton, each one containing a personal message.

Zustand: Good. Lot of four "giant" color postcards on thick card stock measuring 8 x 6 inches each. Suitable for framing. All in very good, unused condition.
