Inclusion of dust-jacket (replaced by matt boards in the 1960's), price of 2/6, open winged butterfly (replaced with closed wing in 1960's). Two titles to the rear flap; this title the last. There were six titles in series 587. Endpapers decorated with blue line drawings of flight maps. Royal insignia to title page. Matt buff boards with blue illustration of logging to the upper board and blue titles to the spine. The book is square and firmly bound. No previous ownership inscriptions or remainder marks. The boards are clean and unfaded, the corners and spine ends sharp. The pages and closed page edges are clean. Full page artwork to each facing page of text. Dust jacket is good with some fairly heavy rubbing down the front junction with the flap. Top edges are rubbed and worn. A little loss at the spine head and rubbing at the heel. Jacket is unclipped at 2/6. Fair only; book is very good plus . The dust jacket will be protected with a new inert archival Brodart sleeve which is removable.
