Leonard printed at the top, a message from Pershing (printed) and facsimile of Pershing's signature in blue beneath. Each of the 7 volumes of the Source Records set is in its own plain gray slipcase. Bound in blue leatherette. At the front of the first volume, there is a page declaring that This Copy of Source Records. is registered in the name of Stanley M. Leonard and dedicated to World Peace. Opposite that page is the announcement page that this is the Registered Edition. Following that page, there is a certificate with gold embossed sticker and again with the name Stanley Leonard saying that his name has been deposited into the National Headquarters of the American Legion.
