These member nations being economically backward, have realized that they could improve the socioeconomic condition of their people, through mutual cooperation and partnership. The present book is an attempt to study the Human Rights violation and democratic processes in South Asian subsystem, which has been explosive and turbulent for long stretches of time. The study is leveraged by out of box insights. About The Author: Joseph Benjamin has done considerable research on the problems of weaker sections of Indian Society. He has published a number of high quality articles in papers and prestigious national journals. He did his M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science.
