Ms provenance of Ardingley Lending Library dated 1844 and number vol. 3 on the front pastedown endleaf. The first four titles printed by Gilbert and Rivington, the final two by William Clowes and each title-page carrying a printed series number in the bottom-left corner of the title pages. Library Hub locates only a single copy of the first to titles and none of the editions we offer of the other titles.
