At the end, analysis, new areas of research, U.G.C. project proposal including summary and conclusions were presented in 11th and 12th chapters. This volume certainly help the researchers, academics and administrators for conducting multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research successfully meeting both timebound and budgetary bound norms. ABOUT THE AUTHOR K. L. Narasimha Murthy was born on September 1st , 1949, had his M.A. from Osmania University, Hyderabad and Ph.D. from Andhra University, Waltair in 1973 and 1985 respectively, worked as Junior Lecturer, Senior Lecturer and Reader in Government College, Rajahmundry, Government College (W), Srikakulam and Government College (Men), Srikakulam as Principal in the year 2007. Received the best Teacher award from Government of Andhra Pradesh, in the year 1995 and also worked as NAAC co - ordinator, Government College (Women), Srikakulam during 2004-2005. Flood prone areas and Drought prone areas, Minor research projects were awarded by University Grants Commission, New Delhi and southern centre, University Grants Commission Hyderabad and also worked as Research Associate/ Consultant in centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS) , Hyderabad , National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad and as consultant in Urban Poverty Alleviation project in Regional Centre for Urabn and Environmental studies, Osmania University, Hyderabad and worked as research personnel in the School of Education, project (SOE) University College of Education, Osmania University, Hyderabad, Telangana State, India and an author of 18 books. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Dr. Kalluri Lakshmi Narasimha Murty was born on second September, 1949 in Vegeswarapuram, had his school education in P.S.J.B. School and K.S.R.Z.P.H. School over a period of eleven years (1955-1966), Graduated from D.N.R. Collage, Bhimavaram, affiliated to Andhra University, Waltair. He had his M.A. (Geography) with specialisation on Agricultural Geography, Osmania University, Hyderabad in 1973 and Ph.D (Regional Planning) from Andhra University, Waltair in 1985. He worked as Junior Lecturer, Senior Lectures and Reader in Geography in Government College, Rajahmundry, Government College (Men) and Government College (Women), Srikakulam from 1976-2006 July and from 1st August to April 22, 2007 as Principal (FAC), Government U.G. and P.G. College (Women), Srikakulam and 23rd April, 2007 to 30th September, 2007 as Principal, Government U.G. and P.G. Collage (men), Srikakulam. He has received the A.P. State award in recognition of the best services rendered as teacher in 1995 and an author of 15 books. Nine research projects were completed, among them are, one in Government College (Men), Srikakulam and in Government College (Women), Srikakulam and had completed Flood Prone Areas and Drought Prone Areas, financed by UGC, New Delhi and S.R.C.
