The captivating plates include a Greenland whale-fishery, Egyptian mummies, the cataracts of the Nile, Pinto's shipwreck and more. A good copy with some rubbing and wear to the calf. The front cover is neatly detached but present. The text is good with some scattered foxing and wear. Half of the front blank has been torn off. Scarce.
