This wee book is well used, but has stood the test of time. Pen and ink signature on inside front board, some tiny speckles of foxing to edge of papers, fine hand cut paper, however the book is… intact and in good used condition. 56 pages plus advertising pages, all pages and text are in good, readable order. Printed for the author by J. Nichols and Son, and sold by Longman, Hurst, Rees, Orme and Brown, in Old Bond Street, London. 1822 is the date listed on the title page, no name of the publisher is recorded in the book. Preface by the author, dated February 1822. An interesting book, that deserves to be preserved for future generations.
