Taschenbuch. Zustand: Neu. Neuware - 'The Criminal Code' is a powerful and gripping drama that explores the rigid complexities and moral dilemmas of the American legal and penal systems. Written by the acclaimed playwright and novelist Martin Flavin, this work delves into the life of Robert Graham, a young man caught in the unforgiving machinery of the law after a moment of misfortune leads to a tragic accident. Through Graham's journey from a courtroom to the harsh realities of prison life, Flavin masterfully critiques the dehumanizing effects of a system that often prioritizes the letter of the law over human justice and redemption.
