The author found some issues in the "The Lokpaland Lokayuktas Act, 2013" which have been highlighted. ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Anil Kumar Vishwakarma was born and brought up in district Shahjahanpur in Uttar Pradesh. He completed Bachelor in Science (B.Sc) and Masters in Political Science(M.A) from M.J.P Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh and further went on to do LL.B from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and LL.M from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He worked as a Legal Researcher with Justice Swatanter Kumar (Ex. Judge, Supreme Court of India), Chairperson, National Green Tribunal (PB), New Delhi. He presented a paper on "Water Management, Development and Safeguards : Need For Participatory Approach" in a workshop organised by National Law University, Delhi in association with School of Oriental and Africal Studies, London and UK India Education & Research Initiative, New Delhi on 10April, 2015. He was among the speakers in Television programme campus debate on "Do we need to have a relook at Juvenile Justice Act ?" which was host and telecast by Rajya Sabha channel held at Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. Presently, he is an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
