Today, many experiments have been performed on various implants to increase the rate of fusion of the implant base with the surrounding bone and its success rate. However, no research has been done on the amount of postoperative pain in conical and cylindrical implants. Some studies have examined their success and stability. Cone-shaped implants are better than cylindrical implants at transmitting the pressures of chewing to surrounding bones because they are similar to tooth roots.
