W. Gorton of the United States Navy. With the plane, representatives of the Commercial Research Division flew 207 hours--about 20, 387 miles--entering every section of the country and inteviewing leading manufacturers, distributors, airport managers, and other leaders in aviation. This is an extremely scarce commercial and economic analysis.
