The edition of "1784" mentioned by Hartley appears to be a ghost; examination of the Yale University Library record for an edition of "1784" reveals that their copy has the date cropped from the title-page, the cataloguer having speculated the date of 1784 based on the erroneous entry in Hartley. All editions are rare; the ESTC locates the first only at Yale, the second only at Yale and BL; WorldCat. locates this edition at BL, NYPL, Yale, Notre Dame, Georgetown, Chicago History Museum, and the Central Sports Library in Cologne. Hartley 1578; Magriel 9 (not mentioning the first edition).
