Complete in 19 volumes, including a 16-volume encyclopedia and three-volume "Nature Lover's Treasury" (17-19). Small quartos. 2,062; 797 pp. Heavily illustrated in both black and white and color. Glazed pictorial boards. Each volume with an owner name on the front fly (three with an owner stamp as well) else near fine fine with the spines a trifle sunned and the occasional lightly bumped corner, and a few volumes very slightly cocked. In the very good or better unprinted dust jackets modestly tanned at the spine and folds, with the occasional tiny tear or bit of soil, and two volumes with short splits at the flap folds. Especially uncommon in jacket, as Volume I (which was sent as a gift and has the only printed jacket) instructs customers to remove the jackets, as they were only to protect the binding in transit.
