Taschenbuch. Zustand: Neu. Neuware - Regular bodyweight exercise brings significant mental health benefits. Physical exercise is widely recognized as a natural antidote to stress, anxiety, and depression. During exercise, the body releases endorphins, neurotransmitters responsible for the feeling of pleasure and well-being. This… contributes to stress relief, improved mood, and a general sense of happiness. Regular physical exercise can also improve sleep quality, reduce fatigue, and increase energy levels throughout the day. This contributes to a more productive and balanced life, both in the professional and personal spheres. Specifically, when we talk about training for special military operations forces, bodyweight training is important and constitutes a differential in the proposal for maintaining military operational activity. This is mainly due to the participation of military personnel in combat and war zones, essentially because in these environments, it is not possible to equip a place with gym equipment or weightlifting tools that would improve physical performance. Therefore, bodyweight training, such as calisthenics, and the use of simple equipment, like resistance bands and suspension training, can be valuable resources for training. The possibility of the civilian public using these exercises and strategies is also interesting, as the proposed exercises are simple, effective, and low-cost, providing everyone with the opportunity to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle while keeping health indicators in check.About the Author: Former Lieutenant and veteran of the Brazilian Navy with experience in physical training for special operations courses.
