About The Author: Amit Gupta, Chairman, JIMS, is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce and IIFT. Doctorate in Management from GGS Indraprastha University, he is a member of many Committees of Indraprastha University and holds membership of various national educational associations, namely, National HRD Network, All India Management Association, and Association of Indian Management Schools etc. He was recently selected among 2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century by International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England. He was also conferred the prestigious title of "Man of the Year2003" by the American Bibliographical Institute for his overall accomplishments and contribution to Society. The Institute of Economic Studies has also conferred on him Shiksha Ratan Award and Gold Medal for his outstanding contribution to the development of professional education in India.,Ravi K. Dhar is the Director of Jagannath International Management School, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. With more than 24 years of teaching experience, 20 of which have been in university departments in Shillong and Ludhiana, he has also taught at Jammu and Addis Ababa and lectured in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In the course of his work, he has traveled to Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Ethiopia and Sweden.
