About the Author: -Syed Ali Asgar Bilgrami, Asaf Jahi was an Indian distinguished author, journalist and editor of a national daily. Bilgrami, who served as officiating director of Hyderabad State archaeology department in the early 1920s, wrote in his book, Landmarks of Deccan.
