De hecho, nuestros últimos edificios son todos ellos "passive house" (los edificios del CERN se ajustan a cuanto especifica la RT-2012, la estricta reglamentación francesa y la propia del CERN) y las dos últimas reformas en Barcelona (los edificios en Travesera-Amigó y en la Diagonal 409, han obtenido el Certificado CS LEED ORO y la calificación energética Calener GT Nivel B, en rehabilitación), algo siempre más difícil que cuando se plantea en edificios de nueva planta y podemos jugar con las envolventes. Sin ir más lejos de cara a hacer que nuestros edificios merezcan la consideración de GREEN BUILDING, en el edificio Geoda de Travesera, se han proyectado las instalaciones de cara a permitir reducir entre un 40 y 45% el consumo de energía de un edificio de similares características y minimizar las emisiones de carbono.
