The question is to what extent this is reaching the beneficiaries. To look into such cases, an analytical study was necessary. We started first with the US, the EC, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. With China's entry in WTO, the field is wide open. We are all aware of the tremendous efforts made by our experts on China, Eastern Europe and Central Europe, Great attention has been given to the special problems of Russia, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Costa Rica and Peru have been attended with great care. So also the problems of new reformist countries like Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. The same applies to South Asian Countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. Thus the entire world has been covered. An exclusive chapter has been kept on India. From corruption angle, different sectors have been covered and different stages have been attended to China special attention has been given. Globalisation standard has been touched upon.
