From the Preface The development of science and technology and consequent development of industrial infra structure need a large viable work force which entailed the necessity for educating the work force. For this many educational institutions emerged. Many schools and educational institutions were opened by the state and other agencies which required a large number of teaching force that is teachers lecturers readers professions and instructors. Earlier the aim of education was sane building now became career building. So the present education is based on subject teaching only and preparing for annual examination which is considered real education. Inculcation of required habits for sane social living and enculturation which are necessary for life and social life building are ignored.
