So, in this research work this resource which is damped as a wast is tried to improve its end products which could result better utilization of resource by increasing organizational profitability.For improving lower grade sheep skins a certain leather processing techniques in wet-finishing and finishing processes are modified and different specialty chemicals are incorporated and applied.For this experiment and control processes were conducted and the final outcome is compared with the conventional process which is here considered as a control process.
