He teaches architectural history and theory, leads design studios, and holds seminars on modern architecture and art in Latin America.The professional estate of Luis Barragán (1902-1988) has been in the care of the Barragan Foundation, located in Birsfelden near Basel, Switzerland, since 1996. The Foundation's primary focus is the preservation of the archival holdings and the study of Barragán's multi-faceted oeuvre. After partnering with the Vitra Design Museum in 2022, the Barragán Archive was relocated to the Vitra Campus in Weil am Rhein, Germany. In conjunction with the move, a permanent exhibition devoted to Luis Barragán and his work was established in the new Barragán Gallery at the same location.
